Question 1

Do you offer a free consultation call before booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every process begins with a free intimate call, where we talk through what's currently happening in your relationship, intimacy, or sex life, clarify what you want to experience, and see if this container is the right match.

Question 2

Is this space inclusive of all relationship structures and sexual orientations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. This is a trauma-informed, fully inclusive, judgment-free space. Whether you're navigating traditional monogamy or exploring alternative structures — including ethical non-monogamy, open relationships, or polyamory — you're welcome here. It's an LGBTQIA+ affirming space that honors all gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship dynamics.

Question 3

How long does a typical process take to see real change?

Accepted Answer

Sessions run in ongoing 3- or 6-month containers, offered weekly or biweekly, giving enough time to create meaningful and lasting shifts rather than a quick fix.

Question 4

Do I need to be in a relationship to do this work, or can I come on my own?

Accepted Answer

Either. Some clients come alone, others with partners — sessions are created around your unique dynamic, challenges, and goals.

Question 5

What's the difference between a sex coach and a sex therapist?

Accepted Answer

Sex therapy traditionally works through talk-based, clinical frameworks, often diagnosing dysfunction. Sex coaching tends to be more action-oriented and body-based, without a clinical or diagnostic lens. This work blends both — the depth and structure of psychosexual therapy together with the somatic, body-based tools of coaching. No diagnosis or 'problem' is required to start.

Question 6

Do you work with individuals & couples outside Germany, or only online?

Accepted Answer

Both. Sessions happen online via Zoom worldwide, or in person at the clinic in Cologne, Germany.
